389bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 389bet does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not offer currency conversion. Payment method availability may be subject to change; members are advised to check the Platform's payment section for current options.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction request. These limits are subject to change at 389bet's discretion. Members holding VIP status may be eligible for higher transaction limits as specified under the VIP Programme terms.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the member's 389bet account balance instantly or within a short processing window. 389bet accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment service provider's own systems, scheduled maintenance, or connectivity issues beyond 389bet's control. Members experiencing deposit issues should contact 389bet support with their transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within five (5) minutes under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method and account used for deposits where technically possible, as a measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

389bet maintains member funds separately from operating funds. Deposits made into your 389bet account are held exclusively for the purpose of facilitating gameplay and withdrawals. Members may request withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements, applicable wagering conditions attached to bonuses, and the minimum withdrawal limits set out in clause 3.2.

Each game category available on the 389bet Platform — including live casino, slots, sports betting, crash games, and card games — operates under its own specific game rules provided by the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the rules applicable to each game before placing bets. In the event of a discrepancy between game studio rules and 389bet Platform rules, the game studio rules govern for game-specific outcomes.

All sports bets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other supported sports markets, are subject to 389bet's Sports Betting Rules, which are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms. Key provisions include: bets placed after an event has commenced are void unless explicitly offered as in-play markets; odds are correct at the time of bet placement and will not be updated retroactively; 389bet reserves the right to void bets where a pricing error or technical fault has occurred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 389bet Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Impersonation of another member or 389bet staff.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of the Platform for purposes other than legitimate entertainment.

Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended, all funds may be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 389bet will make reasonable efforts to restore the affected session to its last confirmed state using available server records. Where a confirmed game state cannot be recovered, affected bets may be voided and the staked amount returned to the member's account. 389bet is not liable for losses arising from technical failures caused by the member's own device, browser, or internet connection.

389bet aims to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays. However, 389bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance downtime, third-party service disruptions, or connectivity issues outside 389bet's direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 389bet's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 389bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform.

The 389bet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 389bet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform, including odds data, game results, or promotional information. Members rely on Platform content at their own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the 389bet Platform that cannot be resolved through 389bet's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution process as notified to members from time to time. The parties agree that the courts of the relevant jurisdiction shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
